• First one in Central India to do VSD closure in Dextrocardia patient.
• First one in Central India to do VSD closure in inoperable, severe PH patient by double flap valve PTFE patch.
• Second one in the world and First Indian to do four grafts Bypass surgery in Dextrocardia- Anaortic Total Arterial Off-Pump CABG.
• First time in India to do Dual chamber right ventricle with abnormal coronary artery crossing RVOT.
• First one in Central India to do rare pediatric cardiac surgery like Cor-Triatriatum, dual-chambered right ventricle, BT shunt by using Father’s Vein as a conduit, Arterial switch.
• Cardiac surgery fellowship at RNSH Sydney, Australia for 2 years.
• First one to do Bentall surgery with MVR in Goa state.
• Operated 5000 Cardiac surgeries successfully to date in the last 15 years.
• Organized CME in past like “Live minimal invasive Cardiac surgery” and “Total arterial Anaortic CABG in TVD” as an organizing chairman.
