With a career spanning over two decades and more than 14000 successful neurosurgical procedures, he is widely recognized for his surgical precision, deep clinical insight, and academic contributions in the field of neurosurgery and neurocritical care. 

Dr. Agrawal specializes in functional and vascular neurospinal surgery, with advanced training in surgeries for epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and complex cranial and spinal pathologies. His clinical expertise includes procedures for supratentorial, infratentorial, and posterior fossa tumors, neurovascular surgeries (aneurysms and AVMs), transsphenoidal surgeries, stereotactic neurosurgery, and minimally invasive spine surgeries.
